We want all of our customers to be happy with our crabs. Upon inspection of your crabs after you get home, if you feel you're disappointed please feel free to return them for a full refund. 

If you steam them, and are disappointed with the taste, texture, or fullness, you may also return them for a full refund. We reserve the right to limit this to one time if we feel that you are being unreasonable.
